It's such a wonderful expirience, I can't beleive noone has pushed it on me this whole time, had to discover it for myself. I couldn't sleep last night, so I did a simple breathing meditation, inhale while pushing stomach out, hold, exhale twice as long while pulling stomach in. I entered a state very much like a marijuana euphoria, and I tried using it to sleep but it still wasn't happening, so I just decided to do it for as long as it took until I passed out.
