Meditation
Who meditates?
It's such a wonderful expirience, I can't beleive noone has pushed it on me this whole time, had to discover it for myself.
I couldn't sleep last night, so I did a simple breathing meditation,
inhale while pushing stomach out, hold, exhale twice as long while pulling stomach in. I entered a state very much like a marijuana euphoria, and I tried using it to sleep but it still wasn't happening, so I just decided to do it for as long as it took until I passed out.

I've been meditating lately. Helps improve my ability focus. Helps me get to sleep. It's pretty cool stuff.

i used to meditate before i start to smoke mj... it was the only way i had to become 'stoned'... and yes... it was AMAZING... the feeling of well being is as good as weed's... and if you do it in a regular basis, you can reach deeper and deeper states of relaxation... soon you will 'forget' your body and feel like youre floating... damn, man... its f*cking good!
