Every season anyone who grows knows about the dreaded fence jumpers,the scum who cant grow weed and cant afford to buy it,think they have the God given right to jump ur fence and steal ur crop. Ive been lucky till last nite when i was awoken by strange noises in my yard. I knew it had to be fence jumpers,i could hear voices too so i knew it was more than one and i was on my own no weapons, what the fuck was i gonna do ?,then i remembered the fire extinguisher in the kitchen, i was in a panic Rating: 5

k i dont no if this is true but i heard that if someone breaks into ur house/ property u legally cant do anything to hurt or harm them and if they do get hurt or injurd they can sue you. which has got to be the dumest fuckin law ever maybe even tied with marijuana laws

No...if someone breaks into your house or something, you cant shoot them or anything unless they try to cause harm to you...otherwise they can sue you
