I don't get baked before work but I'm not against it at all (I just know that it wouldn't suit me working style).

Piss testing is bullshit though, especially if it is a factory job (Not as if you are on Wall St. )

So many people i know smoke weed at work including me its a ritual. ive been in the same job for 4 years and never had an accident while bein stoned at work.My job is a pretty mundane factory job and most people have to smoke weed in these sort of jobs just so they dont lose there minds.
