And just to add a bit to this is, It's not the whole Corporations. The only people who need to be in the Loop is the Main Share Holders. Only a Few People Who own Most of the Shares In a Corporation (51%+) or a Few who hold high %'s and have the same Goals. These people can Cencor what there Corporation says a.k.a. NEWS.
