i keep getting a flu/cold type thing, all the time, but really bad.. then it disappears, and then it comes back straight away.. maybe im drinking too much or something, but yea, it sucks.. luckily i have a compassionate boss lol

If you haven't tried Echinacea it might be worth giving it a go. You can buy it in tincture form and it's safe to take everyday. It boosts the body's natural immune system. I take it regularly and give it to my kids every morning. Read the link

Yeah LuLu when ever I feel a cold coming on I take that stuff and vitamin C then it usually won't last as long
