Ron Paul in 2008
What are you talking about? What you said is an outright, bold LIE. Ron Paul for privatization? Do you know what privatization is? Privatization is when most all venues run by the federal government are farmed out to private companies, like Haliburton and the support of the troops in Iraq. It's when all government agencies that watchdog the corporations are shut down and the corporations are allowed to run rampant over the populace. It's like federal prisons being run by private companies. Libertarians are most definently for privatization of all government run programs, No medicare, no welfare, no social security, no income tax, Maybe a value added tax that would not affect the rich as much as the poor, A real libertarian is about a half an inch from Anarchy. I said that I was for some of his Ideas, Less Big brother shit, legalization of drugs and freedom from oppression, but a libertarian just switches the oppression from the government to private enterprize, and you know how ruthless they are, and they have no oversight. Before you start calling me a liar, maybe you should look into what libertarianism is really about. Then I will accept your apology. BTW I admire honesty in government and it appears he is an honest man, I just can't vote for anarchy. There has never been a successful libertarian government yet. What makes you think it will work here
