    Ron Paul in 2008

Ron Paul is an anti-freedom tyrant of a different stripe. His 9/11 conspiracy beliefs alone are enough to warrant a trip to the loony bin. The John Birch Society supports him, which is another minus on his card.

Ron Paul would overturn Roe vs. Wade. He actually seems to believe that abortion should illegal, as opposed to those who are paying lip service to the voters that are anti-choice.

He is also against Capital Punishment. First, he wants to force women to have children that are unwanted. When they turn into murderers, he then would make it impossible to rid society of their presence.

Anybody can say that they are honest and for "good government". See the other thread regarding propaganda.

Breukelen advocaat, you are a moron...he is against almost all federal governments making of laws that states are supposed to make.... he is pro-life personally, but believes the constitution does NOT grant the federal government the right to decide for people., and therefore he is for cementing roe vs. wade permanently........NOT changing it.... . He believes the states are the ones who should decide the issue, not the feds....personally he believe in pro-life and wishes all did, but he believes the constitution gives the federal government no authority to decide the issue...same with stem cells....he believes that people are on both ssides and people who pay taxes should not have to fund programs that they are passionately against....funding anything like that is something he won';t do..

He is for removing the IRS, removing federal income tax altogether since it only pays for the federal reserve which he also will abolish as JFK started to. He believes the federal government does not have constitutional authority to regulate drugs and believes the war on any and all drugs by the federal government should stop.

Are you &^%$ing kidding me he is against freedom? He seeks to remove most of the federal government because the constitution demanded a small government BY THE PEOPLE, OF THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE....he opposes all federal laws in any form the government places on people that are crimes that do not hurt others....he is against capital punishmnet because he is against all killing aside from self defense.

His stance is basically that anything and everything should be legal that doesn't hurt anothers freedom....your post is the dumbest I have ever heard...I DARE you to throw up a candidate he pushes for more freedom than Ron Paul....I DARE YOU...he believes the federal government has one purpose and one purpose ONLY....to protect the liberty of the United States citizens..

Are you kidding me...name one time he voted against the constitution in his 18 years as congressman? Name me one candidate who is more for freedom so I can laugh and prove you absolutely uninformed...

CNET voted him as the #1 defender of online privacy and freedom....he even defends porn and demands the internet be unregulated....maybe you should read into his votes before you cast your opinion....bills contain many many potential laws, and he had to vote against port security just to vote for keeping online gambling legal.....it was buried in the bill....go ahead, name me one person who comes close?

His belief is that we should have liberties and freedom of every kind and form, unless that liberty or freedom takes away from anothers rights....this is what the founders believed, and what I believe....9/11....dude, whatever, he said we should investigate it further is all...give me your guys name, and let's put him up against Paul.

Show me where he said some 9/11 conspiracy stuff or shut up Hillary lover.

Ron Paul has an 18 year record we can look back on....he accepts NO money from lobbyists at all in anyway and we will know he is not working for anyone but us as he always has, he votes based on the constitution 100% of the time going into his 10th term in congress....hmmmm, give the name of who you plan to vote for...this should be easy and fun.

People haven't heard as much about Ron Paul in the media because he doesn't molest his children or other peoples, he never is involved in scandal, he is NOT corruptable and won't even take part in the congressional pension program he feels is too generous at the tax payers expense, he doesn't cheat on his wife, and he not only doesn't steal from us, but returned about 20% of his budget to the treasury for the last 6-7 year running now....this is why he is never on the news...you tell me which guy you are voting for and let's see if he doesn't only not steal, but also gives back 20% of his yearly budget to the tax payers??? I will wait for your response so we can match your guy up against mine...

Telling people here to "shut up", calling them "morons", writing "I DARE you....", etc. is not the proper way to engage in a conversation. You are wrong about Ron Paul, who is anti-choice, but I will not communicate any further with you.

I apologize, but I have NEVER heard Ron Paul called an opponent to freedom from any source on any site or person online or off, and because I believe in his protection of our rights and liberty so passionately, I was offended and posted aggressively....

Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate running that has a record of protecting our constitution, and he is the only candidate not pushing some form of socialistic health care....he refused to even give the pope, Rosa Parks, and Tony Blair gold medals of honors because the medals were paid for with taxpayers money....he instead stated he will pay for them himself if the other members of congress pay their share....voted "tax payers best friend" ten years in a row now.....18 years in congress and NEVER voted to raise taxes one time...voted against the patriot act both times....voted against the Iraq war based on the founders vision of non-interventionism, the constitution, and the fact congress is the only United States entity that can constitutionally declare war....

The man deserves more respect than you gave him whether you vote for him or not....he is one of the few people in Washington who uphold their oath to protect the constitution, and one of the few who is not corrupt and works to keep the United States free and sovereign.

Ron Paul gets no respect at all from me until he denounces the 9/11 truthers, who support him. They believe that the U.S. government was responsible for the attacks against America on 9/11.

YouTube - Ron Paul Exposed www.ronpaulexposed.com

He has also written extensively against abortion, going back over 25 years:

Being Pro-Life Is Necessary to Defend Liberty
"Unlike Nazi Germany, which forcibly sent millions to the gas chambers (as well as forcing abortion and sterilization upon many more), the new regime has enlisted the assistance of millions of people to act as its agents in carrying out a program of mass murder." Ron Paul in 1981. He still feels this way.

He is also pro-gun, but anti-Capital Punishment.

you're trying to convince a big government socialist neo-con that ron paul's a good choice...

a pro-constitution freedom lover isn't what neo-cons want...they want nothing short of a dictator with a powerless congress and supreme court...

    don't waste your time.

anyone who's followed ron paul's career (one of only 2 congressman to get a 100 on the conservative index...most score like the commies they are)...knows that he's the most freedom loving pro-constitution candidate you could possibly have...which is why foxnews ignores him...

but the level of freedom the constitution demands scares some people...so they end up voting for tyranny.
