Marijuana Tax Stamps Well yesterday, I was on the NORML website, looking at what laws each state has regarding marijuana, and I found out that a lot of states have the marijuana tax stamp law. Now, no one really does this, but I thought I'd tell everyone who doesn't know, because if you get busted, and live in a state with the law, you can get even more screwed over, and get more jail time for evading taxes.
