I have not had good luck with seeds in rockwool. Moisture problems and such. Rapid-rooters are MUCH better and still fit the plugs in rockwool blocks to put in a hydro system later, or just toss them in soil or coco.

When you guys seed em in rockwool, do you take pieces from the rockwool corners to cover the hole? do you make them very light or try to split them like a pizza so the seed comes through easier?
