I really think we need to push for medical marijuana here. But I'm really starting to think Crist is a real asshole. He signed a bill that gave the family of that kid killed in the sheriff's boot camp, $5 mil. Then, just a couple days ago, it was found in medical records that kid was diagnosed with Sickle cell anemia back in '92. That "trait" was found to be the cause of death originally. Later it was called suffocation. They don't know if it was the mother or the kid who answered "no" to that question on the intake form, but who cares. Physical stress does exactly what happened to that kid. It's a bunch of political BS. And Crist is an asshole. Fuck it.

This may sound cliche-ish but, ALL politicians are fuckin' assholes; no matter what their political stripe. Through my 20s, I was a liberal Dem; through my 30s and 40s, I was conservative Rep. Age, experience and time have taught me that 99% of politicos are in it for themselves, and themselves only. A politician's main goal in his career is, first, to get elected. After that, his main goal is to get re-elected and stay in office -- no matter what lies he has to tell to do so.

I feel kinda stupid writing this and I don't mean to start a big discussion on politics here, but I absolutely loathe politics and it's practitioners way beyond the point most people do and just couldn't resist putting in my two cents.

btw -- do you think it's mere coincidence that approximately 85% of politicians are lawyers by profession? Think about it...

Hell, I have no idea whatsoever what I've been smoking since moving to the county 3 years ago. I pay anywhere from $100-$125 an oz. for pretty decent (believe it or not) shit that's kinda non-descript; it's just...weed. I've yet to run into anything I'd consider top shelf yet, though my brother brought me up a little Crippy from the Lauderdale area a few weeks back -- $100 a 1/4 and worth every cent.
