i slacked off MAJOR in junior and senior year. i earned maybe a 2.3 GPA and didnt study for the SATs. I'm regretting it cause I didnt get accepted to any of the colleges I applied to, I ended up going to my safety school. it isnt so bad, but I know that if I hadn't fucked around so much, I would be at a better college.
So now I'm working really hard, getting 3.2 last semester, I'm trying to transfer. As mush as it blows, it really does pay off to work hard. I hate the whole system but there's no way out of it. I went to a private school with brilliant, driven kids. We were all flashed these bright and shiny private colleges that were so cool and so edgy. All of my friends ended up going to really great places like Barnard, Cornell, Hawaii Pacific, Brown and Drexel. I was almost guaranteed that I would get into a really great school. But I took advantage of that and suffered the consequences. Pull yourself together. College is amazing, but you have to work to get there.
