I've seen people use newspaper, but it doesn't taste that nice and you have to get the paper really wet...almost like a blunt...

Can't you just buy some papers? Or ask a friend to pick some up? If you're too young, do your parents smoke? Maybe they have papers or a cigarette you can hollow out? I wouldn't try anything with ink, it might poison you. Before you try different kinds of paper check they wont just burst into flames first.
