I don't think toilet paper would work very well..lol. If you're real desperate and wanna roll a joint, you can use bible paper (real desperate). Otherwise, make a pipe out of aluminum foil, a soda can, an apple, whatever. There's faqs on this site that teach you how to make it as well as some at www.smokingwithstyle.com.

p.s. : Something else I've used in the past that worked, is if you have a pack of gum where each piece is covered in an aluminum wrapper, you can peel off the aluminum and get a nice, but thin paper to work with. With a couple of those together, it works real nice.
