can anyone answer these questions?

im using a waterfarm hydro system with 400w swichable...soon i will be gettin a hydro hut for my veg/clone section while the rest of the room will be flower...my questions are besides the strain how do you get your buds dense as can be...and if it is strain which ones are dense....my other question is...is it bad for a vegging plant to get a bit of hps when im in the room tending to both areas and is it bad for flowerin plant to get a bit of floresents...if anyone can help that would be great.

low humidity will help your budz density. there are several nutes out there that will help. go to your hydro store look for canna products or humbolt county has a good line. they are a little expensive but worth the money. as for your light issues you will be fine but get them seperated when you get your new systym... good luck you seem to be on the right path:jointsmile:
