closet question
Im sure this is a silly question but I need it answered as I am nearing my first grow. I will be growing in a 2'x2'wide 7' high closet and I have a serious vent problem.(basically I cant vent anywhere as I cant cut a hole in the closet!
I will be using two 125w CFLs on three lowryder and I will have an oscillating fan in there too.
As I cannot cut any holes in the wardrobe would it be a huge problem to leave the door slightly open and leave the window in my room open so fresh air can get in? or would I lose too much light?
I often read people say they need to patch up holes to keep their cabs light tight but is this for light getting in during the dark period or for light getting out during the light period or both? are they equally as important?
Thanks in advance

closet question
Wow.... long time since I helped anybody...
Let's see how this goes.
1st, you need fresh air.
Fresh as in 'fresh OUTside the house'.
2nd, two 125w for three plants?
I suggest to plan on adding more bulbs as time progresses... that's really very little light. Give them energy man! The more, the merrier.
3rd, the door open band aid.
To grow good, you have to put the time and effort into the project.
Leaving 'the door open' is really not a realistic option.
Think about it.
That's a half-assed attempt at improving your grow.
It's like women.
If you don't put the effort in, don't expect to get the hot babes.
Same thing with your girls.
As to the light leakage... you definitely need to keep the room pitch black.
Black as black can be. No light leaks. Zero.
BUT! This brings me to the other interesting point of this... opinion.
Dude, you're growing LowRyder, right?
Did I miss someting in the last 6 months?
Doesn't LowRyder grow with 24hours of light?
Am I right?
Or am I confusing it with something else?
If I *am* right and LowRyder grows with a 24/0 schedule, then, exhashmoker, dude, Git R Done dude!
WTF?
You haven't done your proper reasearch??!
bah!
C'mon man!
Work for it!
If you're going to do it, do it right.
Peace exhashsmoker,

yah if you're growing just lowryder, it'll bloom on its own, without a designated dark period, so light leaks aren't an issue unless you're worried about secrecy.
it's fine if you leave the door open to vent air in, but turtle's right-two cfl's are going to be worthless. either add several more bulbs and keep them as close to the foliage as possible or invest in an hps lamp; very worth itDon\'t smoke cannabis to relieve anger, but rather as a reward for working soberly through anger.
Life is too entertaining for higher powers not to be watching closely.
A rule really only needs to be followed by those who do not know why it is a rule.

Thanks guys! These are two 125w true cfls not the incandecent equivalent! I have done plenty of research but there is no way around the ventilayion end of story! I have been told that 100w per plant is the minimum so 125w for three little lowryder should be more than enough. Many people grow lowryder under 24/0 but you apparently should go 18/6
