    So I Am NOT Impressed....

With these "blueblood" seeds. They are the fussiest, pickiest seedlings I have ever seen. Don't like this....don't like that...well we sort of like....nahhh, we don't like that either. This really makes growing a pain in the ass! (just ranting here....):wtf:

That should be the final step in packaging beans. Stick them in their little envelopes and give them a stern talk about susrvival of the fittest and perpetuation of the species and all that bs, then slap them with a riding crop and toss them in the mail.

HOW DARE you rant about blueblood genetics. They are better than a good orgasm, well close anyways. Once you get em dialed in 'Hound, you will be in heaven. Keep EXCELLENT notes d00d. I do a "plant report" log I made in Excel every day. Man, tell ya what, instead of guessin what the hell do to when I got my clones commin along it sure is nice to flip back a few pages in the log book for that strain and see what the hell ya need instead of tryin 43 different things all over again. Then on your third crop you have for example 2 pages to refer to for say day 27. 1 page from grow #1, 1 page from grow #2, and now you add a new page for grow #3 for day 27. Day 27 doesnt mean shit, thats only as an example. 4th grow you now got 3 pages for day 27, blah blah blah.........You get mah point.

For some it may be too time consuming, and thats fine. But I hate to fuck around and much prefer relying on what worked in the past and not need to reinvent the system every grow. I cant remember what the hell happened 20 minutes ago let alone 8 weeks.:rasta:

I am anal about note taking, but I feel I get more accomplished, in less time, with better results than if I did not have them.

Make ya up a template with yer ppm, temp, humidity, nutes, rez temp if 'dro, etc etc etc and just fill it in daily, print it out, punch holes and stick in yer binder. Takes ya a few minutes and it is priceless info IMO.

Try mah system out for this grow and see if it helps you when you got that new batch of clones ready to follow up this grow. Only costs ya some paper and ink. For what we spend on this hobby, thats cheapest part of my grows, and probably one of the most important.

Best of luck, and keep us posted.

Well the cattle prod certainly boasts less work.....DP do you keep notes on that?

Bonger these things are PICKIER THAN SIN. You make a very good point....I have been screwing around with the nutes etc and already I can't remember when exactly they started being happy....sort of remember the nute level...and bits and pieces. Starting a log is a good idea and I'm going to try it. I doubt it will be as detailed as there are several things I don't measure, RH etc...BUT I have other BLUE BLOOD beanies of different kinds that I want to try and I can already see me losing track of things.
