i can see how planet fitness may be stressing a style of endurance and or toning exercises but outlawing the grunt is a joke..

whats 'judging'?..is that like mocking someone weaker under your breath with your friends or shaking your head when someone struggles with a weight you can easily do?---i think that shit is jackass activity

but another thing is what could be considered a grunt...or a weight 'drop' at that..if you hiss like the guy in the second video is it merely a matter of time before someone bitches about the hiss, calling it a grunt...

what happens if you lower your curling bar 2-4 inches from the ground and let it go is that a 'drop'?
