This will work good for you...
1. Take some time off from smoking. It doesn't need to be long. A week would probably be ideal.
2. Pick a time of day you would like to be high. (If your trying to conserve, "all day" wouldn't be a valid answer.) I like 2 hours before bed myself...
3. Get a pipe. If you can, get one with a lid. Joints are nice, and I love them, but you simply don't need that much to get high.
4. When it's time to smoke, pack [1] bowl.
5. Don't try to inhale the whole thing at once, and cough it all up... Take little hits, and hold them for a little bit. After you hit it, use the lid or your lighter to cover the bowl to put it out. If you see any smoke that didn't come out of your nose or mouth, your doing it wrong. When you're ready, light it, hit it, put it out, till it's empty.
6. DO NOT REPEAT STEP 4!

The true key to the system working is to smoke the same amount every day, and the break before you start to get your tolerance down. The more you smoke, the more you need to get the same effect. When I was young, I would go through a 1/4 oz every 2-3 days. Now that I'm older, and a bit wiser, a 1/4oz lasts me 3-4 WEEKS, depending on how good it is, and I smoke EVERY DAY! I get really high, too.
