On their policy it says in big bold letters NO SMOKING. But the place i'm getting will be on the top floor and I have a nice secluded patio that overlooks the place. Smoke rises right? If I were to happen to smoke out there, smoke rises. People below me won't know right? Rating: 5

Well, the smoke does rise, but the people under you will be able to smell it if there outside or if they have a window open
