Deep Vs. Shallow Pots
to be honest, volume is volume. so if u have two of the same gal size pots, but one is deep and one is shallow, then u will most likely get the same results, the roots just need some where to grow, they dont need to or have to grow down they can grow out.
JackdaWack Reviewed by JackdaWack on . Deep Vs. Shallow Pots Hey all, So I'm planning the Cab layout I want to use, and one question popped into my head. Can you substitute a "normal" sized planting pot for a shallower but larger area pot? Reason is I won't have the height to spare for growing plants and a large pot, max inside height will be about 26" and I'd like to make the most of it. Thanks! Rating: 5
