sorry, i'm lazy; what lights are you using?

i would repot and bury up to the cotyledons (bean leaves) and put some ge daylight flouro's right on top of it (like less than an inch). these bulbs are cool, litterally, and won't burn. that will stop your stretch.

you can find a double shoplight and two ge daylight bulbs for under twenty bucks...

hope that helps, and i'll try to keep up with you for guidance, if you need me.

Ummm, I am a bit new to the horticulture scene, but wouldn't it be a bit early to repot. With the pictures posted, if he repots up to coytolyns now there won't be much above the dirt, coupled with the potential for transplant stress, I think it may be a little pre-mature to transplant..... Perhaps after 2-3 sets of leaves??? Check out the Grow FAQS there is a guide to transplanting...that is basically how I do it , minus the rooting hormones.

I agree with the lighting issue....I would get at least 1 good, cool, CFL (43 watt) about 1-2 inches above your girl (positive thinking)....I use a cheap spot light fixture for seedlings. (see picture)

Start thinking about what you want to use for lighting once she gets bigger...floros work good for beginers and can produce decent results.

    Good luck.

Hey northern guy, think what you did with the plants was perfect, the portion of stem that you put dirt over will eventually start to shoot off roots and as long as you got decent lighting close to her the streching should be minimized. Keep in mind genetics will play a role in how it grows and if it is a sativa it will want to grow tall and slender with narrow leaves, Indica will tend to be short and bushy with fat leaves. I think white rhino is a 80/20 mix Indica dominant (too lazy to look it up now).

It will seem slow at first but in 2 weeks you'll be seeing a good growth rate (it is a "weed" after all).

Now, take this with a grain of salt, but i think your sidebar approach to the ladies seems a little creepy. Just my opinion.
