ok...my friend did acid recently and said it was pretty sweet so i kinda want to do it. does anyone have any advice or words of warning or anything for me? or maybe some of your experiences with it.

First and most important. Always and I mean always remember that your on acid and what ever you think is happening might not be as dramatic as you think it is. In a three month time frame I did over 70 hits of acid. I'm not crazy like told me I would be. I don't see things like people told me I would (if I did that much). Acid is a fun thing but always remember your on acid so things seem crazy at times. For example. I meet a really good friend at another friends house one night. The first time we hung out after meeting we dropped some sid. Our sober friend was driving us around I in the passanger side and new friend in the back seat. We had the windows down so he couldn't really hear us talking. I looked back a few times and saw he was looking confused about what we where saying. After a while he started to get more freaked out because he couldn't hear us, so he thought we where planing something against him. We had to stop and explain very slowly that we where not cops taking him in we just didn't roll up the windows cause I didn't have a/c in my car. Long story short, he flipped we dropped him off and I sat and watched Pitch Black frying by my self. Which wasn't that bad. I have only had one semi bad trip but it was a whopper. My first time tripping we went to the desert to watch the sun go down. We built a fire and sat there looking all around. After a while in the reflection of the fire it looked as if my friends had vampire teeth. I sat there thinking how they feed me food on the way to the desert and how when I said they had vampire teeth they all laughed and looked at each other not denying they were vampires. So I ran very fast and very far away. After 10 min in the desert by myself I realized that I came up to the desert with them in the day and I've seen them my whole life in the day so they couldn't be vampires. Long story short I'm and idiot. Again my one true peice of advice. Remember your on acid.

If you are going to do acid make sure you are with good friends who you trust so you dont freak out. Expect to be trippin for a while, my first time I freaked coz the trip just kept going and ended up being roughly 10 hours of trippin. Make sure you think positive thoughts when you are waiting for the trip to kick in, dont freak out and think "what if" or "should I have done that"...just take it as it comes. Also you'd want to have some experience with pot so you have the stamina to maintain calm...

Thanks for the reminder bud man. After tripping for eight or so hours you'll think it's over. But you'll be wrong. I've layed in my bed thinking the trip was over after eight hours just to sit there for another three hours going over random past happening and solving life problems. The end of the trip can sometimes be the scariest part because it's all mental. But most def be around friends you trust and like.

yes, sometimes freinds are good but not always when your tripping. some acid makes me want to be alone with no distractions.you`ll be distracted enough if its good. like the others said, just don`t forget your on it.

thats true.. when ur comin down u might start to bug out cuz ur thoughts may be too overwhelming. definitley be around good friends that u trust and ur in a comfortable environment

WOW! the end of my trip on shrooms was all mental just like you said, thoughts were racing through my mind, ive herd acid and shrooms are somewhat alike.

acid and shrooms are similar. I laugh more when I do shrooms and I figured out more life questions when I'm on shrooms the bad thing is I can never remember what I figured out. Next time I'm going to have a tape recorder next to my bed so on the come down if I figure anything out I can just record it and see if I did. Acid was more of a sit down watch a movie drug for me. I love the tracers and the warm body high but I prefer shrooms cause it's funner. Also on the come down from sid it gets intense. I remember once thinking If I keep this kind of thinking up I'm going to go crazy then I sat there thinking if I was crazy already. Acid make me mentaly paraniod on the come down.
