Well Rummy cancelled his trip to Germany once he found out a group of lawyers were going to charge him with war crimes.So it doesnt have to be the democrates who charge them it can be any country,furthermore i dont think the democrates have the balls to charge anyone for war crimes.Anyway Bush just signed a law saying that him or the adminastration cant be charged for war crimes.But that doesnt make him immune to international law,so if anyone of those criminals leave the U.S.A someone or some country could grab them and take him back to tha Hague for war crimes.The Nazis werent immune after the war and neither will these criminals.
