Is 4 nodes ok to Lst ?

I got 2 indica dom and they are just starting thier 5th node.They are really small ,like half a bic lighter.Dont have any pictures sorry! Is ok to start Lst on them? And is thier a special way to cut or pinch the top? to make inner leafs grow faster.
