Help with 1st hydro grow

High all. This is my 1st grow in hydro and I am getting the watering schedule worked out so a couple of days ago I figured out they were getting too much water (wilted). So I haven't let the pump run for the last 2 days and they are perking back up. Over the last couple of days I have noticed light spots forming on the mid leaves and 1 starting to curl up a little as you can see in the pictures. They are in a flood and drain system. I use GH 3 part and distilled water. They are about 3 weeks old, grown from seed and are in 6x6 rockwool. pH in rez is~ 6 and inside rockwool is 6.5, which I know is a little high but I can't do much about that till the rockwool dries out enough to flood again. Right? Is what I am seeing just a product of over watering or is there another problem that needs fixing, besides the pH?

they look good but u might want to get some cal/mag the distilled water is the problem.

Cool, I got some Cal-Mag today and will see if that helps.
