what do you mean its incorrect? it is actually quite correct. i didnt say smoking doesnt do any damage. i just said i didnt get a dry socket from smoking.

smoking causes inflammation, so of course its detrimental to the healing process. i never said it wasnt.

I was wondering how long I should wait to smoke to avoid the risk of dry sockets. I would like to smoke as soon as I can because I use it to help me sleep, and I ran out of my sleeping pills and cant get ahold of my doctor for more. Do you think waiting 2 or 3 days is long enough? I get really emotionally unstable when I dont get enough sleep. Thanks for any help. Rating: 5
