Mods: ANOTHER question about rep.. Somethin ain't workin'.

i also have this problem, i repped someone when this feature became available... and i havent been able to rep the same person since, so i know its based on time, and no matter how much other people i rep i cant rep that same person, and its the same with everyone i have ever repped, so it seems u can only ever rep someone once.... any ideas?

Try doing what I did.. Clear all your cookies and your cache, restart your browser, and log back in.. It seemed to work for me, I hope it works for you too dude

Skink, 100MillionBillionFold, how does that work? I thought at first that when you gave someone rep they got 1 point, but I see now that it doesn't work like that.. And how/why would I have a 'strong rep hand'? I don't understand the whole rep thing.. A quick rundown would be appreciated!

Length of membership and post count also play a role in your rep hand...

They dont help your rep, they help your "rep hand", or the rep you can leave for people. Ex: every 50 posts you get, is another 1 point you can leave for someone when you rep them. You can only gain rep points by being repped by someone.
