i also have this problem, i repped someone when this feature became available... and i havent been able to rep the same person since, so i know its based on time, and no matter how much other people i rep i cant rep that same person, and its the same with everyone i have ever repped, so it seems u can only ever rep someone once.... any ideas?

Hey guys, When I try and give somebody rep points for a post, I get the message saying I can't give rep for the same post twice. It happens no matter which post I try and give points for.. Any ideas?
