It really is insane. I mean, i don't know what year Senior year is equivalent to in the UK, but when i was in my last years of A levels, i would regularly go to lessons stinking of reefer, and my teachers knew i'd been smoking.

They just beleived it was more important to get me out of there with some qualifications than bust me down for smoking dope. Yet in the US these chumps have wasted 5 years, god knows how much money and the valuable time of Supreme Court Judges over a dumb fucking sign.
