Try and be more active durring the day, even if its just taking stairs rather than the elevator. Before you go to bed try drinking a glass of milk (warm is optional). The protien and carbs in it do something to your brain that makes you sleepy. Anything with protein and carbs should work I think. Good luck. Not sleeping sucks.
