Eh I usually have a hard time falling a sleep... Sometimes ill just lay in bed for hours and hours and not get to sleep... some times not even sleeping at all. What I do is just say fuck it and I just lay there pretending to sleep.... at least my body is resting..... other than that all I can reccomend is just doing as much exercise as you can and then try and hit the bed and if that dosent work try reading a book ... if your like me and dont like to read books... go pick up a issue of high times and I like to read those mags and just read the mag and that might make u tired... anyways I hoped I helped a lil
