PAYPAL ALERT!!!! MEMBERS WITH PAYPAL CLICK HERE

ok so the other day i got a seemingly normal e-mail from "paypal" apparently saying if i verified my account they would drop £5 into my account.

which got me thinking ..as i am allready verified from years ago, so i mailed the paypal security team and sure as sure i had recieved a FAKE spoof phishing mail ...........paypal confirmed it was a hoax mail, and i asked me to send them a copy which i have done,

so yeah if anyone you guys get this mail dont responed except to let paypal know about it,

ps: is it worth me trying to reply to this message now with some choice words for the mug trying to trick me? or would it be pointless?

I don't know how far they actually go into the complaint but as for now, I don't receive any more of these fake Paypal e-mails and they were very quick to respond to my report.

    Have a good one!

What the fuck has that got to do with you?

Are you a self-assigned moderator? No? So who are you to tell people what they can or can't have in thier signature?

Props to Chisme for spotting that it was a fake, and warning others.

They have a link that looks identical to Paypal so when you sign in they got your ID and your password.....from there it's buy, buy, buy. This happened to me and lucky enough my bank caught up with it on the first hit. They thought it was funny that I made a couple of purchases in Romania. I had to change passwords and my bank ATM card.

    Have a good one!
