I like that show, too. I grew up in a 110-year-old Victorian-era "Money Pit," Mrs. Green. It was constantly needing something, and when it did it was never cheap. Glad y'all are handy!

Here in Texas, by law, lenders won't even let someone get a mortgage without an inspection. I can't remember which state you're in, but I'm guessing it's not here. Good luck!
