    If I...

Got alot of pint water bottles around. Can't help but want to cut the top of em fill em with Verm and Perlite and poke holes for drainage and set like 20 of these in a plastic tray and use it as a fill and drain system. Just do a bunch of mini plants, do you think you'd get good buds?? Or would they need to be spaced more. Or I want to utilize my 2 liter bottles hehe.

two litre bottles are good enough, some experianced grower said somewhere that a 2litre bottle will support a three foot plant to maturity... im not sure tho... do it... it should work well

Think 16oz plastic cups with drainage holes. They're good for 2 months from seed or clone...max. Plants will be heavily rootbound after 2 months but a lg.cup will get you thru if nothing better is available. But 1 gal pots are far better for a short/quick grow.

The 2-litres should be just fine. What you're describing is known as a Sea Of Green (SOG). Basically it just means you grow many freshly-rooted (1-2 weeks) clones packed together as tight as possible to produce X number of large colas. The lower branches which yield only popcorn nugs are often pruned after the first week or two of flower.

Sounds like a cool idea. Just make sure you light-proof the bottles so light doesn't get to the roots.
