I don't think gender has anything to do with smoking capacity. In fact some of the girls I have dated that smoke will smoke more than me because a hot stoned girl that is acting silly is sexy while a guy getting stoned and really goofy is stupid. One girl I see on and off will sometimes get so baked she can't see in front of her but will still grab the tray, hold it 6 inches from her eyes to pack or roll another, even though she can barely see.
