too be honest I dont think anyone knows for sure. Its a smoke going into your lung. Its not going to do anything good but giving cancer?? There hasnt been any reports but that doesnt mean it will not give you cancer.

anythin can happen, but yer pretty safe if u only smoke bud. i smoke ciggz an i can tell yah they r worse fer yah then pot. therez around a gram ov tobacco in a smoke, an a whole smoke duznt rlly do shit but calm my nervez an wake me up a lil in the mornin. i need 2 quit.

i smoke pot dr.s orders,,i have cancer already and it has not grown but stabelized and pot has kept me alive,,the dr. agrees with me,,

If any of the compounds present in the smoke you inhale are carcingenic then you can probably get cancer. I have no Idea if quality Bud has carcingenic components in it. But you know there are lots of things that are carcingenic.
