I think that you can have up to 4 oz's and still not git in that much trouble,they're mainly trying to put dealers out of business,not so sure how they would treat someone growing for medical purposes.

From what I can determine if a person has 2 OZ of bud on a plant or in a bag the penalty is the same. It also says anyone caught witha pound or less must do mandatory rehab and no conviction will be recorded. I am wondering what punishment I will recieve if they bust me with 4 female plants and less than two ounces total on the plants. Rating: 5
