need advice about texas
This post is about growing weed and texas and the law. According to the NORML website their is no specific law about cultivation in Texas. From what I can determine if a person has 2 OZ of bud on a plant or in a bag the penalty is the same. It also says anyone caught witha pound or less must do mandatory rehab and no conviction will be recorded. I am wondering what punishment I will recieve if they bust me with 4 female plants and less than two ounces total on the plants.

I live in Texas...
Texas has pretty strict growing laws but 4 plants? Slap on the wrist.

I think that you can have up to 4 oz's and still not git in that much trouble, they're mainly trying to put dealers out of business, not so sure how they would treat someone growing for medical purposes.
Have a good one...Torog

need advice about texas
This is an interesting topic for me since i live in texas. I sometimes wish i could find someplace other than my home for growing to avoid putting my family at risk. I know that there is currently much talk about a bill being submitted in 2005 that will allow for medical marijuana usage to be decriminalized. I read that if it were to pass that a lot of the details would have to be worked out. But that the bill would allow legal mj consumption for medical purposes and it would allow some provisions for those who would provide mj. Hmmm, does this mean that i may be able to go and sign up somewhere and then be able to rent a warehouse and invest in equipment to go industrial?
