From what I hear happening a lot around here (luckily I don't partake in this)..The kid will tell you he needs the money upfront and he swears and swears and swears he'll get you this great deal. And then avoid you like the plague until you forget about it. I don't think ANYONE has ever gave him more then 100 bucks though. I think they're both dumbasses.

I wouldn't doubt that the kid needed the money for a big homie, but there's also a chance that it was his own money.
