I always try to exhale all my smoke out so i dont get any left in my lungs but sometimes i get a smoke burp friend of mine blows o's when he burps smoke out its pretty interesting

Yea I burp smoke occasionally. I like it cause it lets you know you're really hittin the blunt..for me at least.

Yeah, me and one of my cousins were smoking outside before the family gathered up for Thanksgiving dinner. We're at the table with the family and kids and he burped and bout a huge hit came out right at the dinner table.
