I've decided to go with a oak bowl, I have the main part bored out all I need to do now on it is drill a hole for the stem

Use oak for the bowl, and polish that fucker up real nice . Also, do carbs work well in wooden pipes? I've never seen a carb in a wooden or metal pipe--weird.

EDIT: Oh, I see you've finished it. Very nice, I love it. The Native American style to it is real nice too . Gives it a nice earthy/mystical feeling to it. Awesome. You should make a bunch of those and sell them . I'm sure people will buy them.
