it sounds like you had a horrible diet to begin with, I hope all goes well for you and when your finally at a healthy wieght, make sure you get your 5 food groups :thumbsup:

The carbs and sugars were just like putting a dollar in your gas tank. Only gets you to the next point. So when i cut way back on my smoking I didn't eat as much.
