Who else here gets big aftect effects after smoking? By after effects i mean just feel like shit and ill and everything? Is there anyway to stop it or make it any better? its fucking horrible...soz if some of this makes no sence, i cant be bothered to check it....

that used to happen to me when i first started smoking..I'd get real slow and tired and feel like wanna sleep but can't... I started drinking energy drinks when I smoked and that helped..put me in a better mood..let me enjoy myself alot longer too

or eat sumthin before you smoke..I know if i haven't eaten anything all day then i sit down with some friends and smoke i lose my high alot quicker than them and normally feel like shit once i come down

after my high goes away and i just start to feel lazy, i like to get off my ass and go out and play some basketball with some friends or to just do something that requires excersise. It always helps me to get rid of the burned out feeling
