Latewood....and others who don't nute their young.
Ok so I've alwys started my seedlings off in my hydro system at 1/4 strength nutes....300/ppm and they have done very well. HOWEVER.... they have been about 80% bagseed so that may have something to do with it BECAUSE
I now have a couple Master Kush-x and Crystal Limit in my setup....about 2 weeks old and they have NOT BEEN HAPPY with the nutes which I have backed off and backed off.
At this point they seem happy on 150ppm. Perhaps these fussy bluebloods have recognized that when it comes to growing I am a peanuthead and they are trying to pull one over on me.
Finally my question: should I pull the nutes completely until they are at 4-5 nodes (right now they are at two) or should I keep them on the 150ppm thing since they seem happy with it? If I go straight water what should I start them at when I do go to nutes?
Another question.....when you guys just use water....I'm assuming that means no Cal Mag either....you use RO?....and just ph it?
Thanks for any knowledge passed on.
