Safest Way to Buy Supplies
My friend would like to know the best/safest place to buy supplies from. Online or a walk-in specialty store? He said he is looking for several ballasts & reflectors, fans and nutrients (suggestions also welcome).
Also, any recommendations for a quality ballast/reflector?

Thanks. I suppose he would need to use his name, address and credit card for an online purchase. If a walk-in store is nearby, would it be better to go there and pay cash for all that stuff?

thats just his choice, some will not purchase anything online as they dont consider it a safe option, and just go to a local store to buy it and its probably a good option if on is available, though would guess some risk could be involved either way but lights and nutrients are not really illegal even though what you are cultivating under them may be.

I agree with bejay...I have learned most of what I know( not much) from someone who grows herbs, Tomatoes and peppers inside in a hydro system...NOT MARY! They have grown for years and never had problems ordering equip or having thier house raided...I think it is bragging & selling that gets most caught. The police bust someone with high grade weed and then they just go up the line til they find the garden.

Hey everyone,
If you don't have a hydro store in your area, then go to the drug store and get a prepaid credit card. No information is needed, just give them cash and they put it on the card, then you can use the card where ever you'd like, including online.

So...from what I gather, his best bet is to just run to the store? Forgive my friend if he is being overly cautious but he pointed me to this article: MarijuanaNews.Com, Freedom has nothing to fear from the truth
"Cronk's Green Gardens store has become a magnet for the Eastside Narcotics Task Force, which has made cases leading to more than 100 convictions for marijuana-related offenses just by watching Cronk's store and investigating his customers, according to an affidavit from one recent case. "

I shop at a hydro store consistently and have for years, you just have to use your head some areas will be worse than others. If you feel theres a possibility of surveillence the best time to shop is opening time, they probably wouldn't be there yet when the store opens.Secondly closing time would probably be the best bet for about the same reason, except this time they're ready to go lol.

Wow,and that place seems the worst! If I thought that were happening where I shop,I'd surely do things differently.Appearance can be important here too, unfortunately. It's not right it just is
