No it's not. It's just a myth spread on the streets. It usually comes in a powder and mixed in water, because the actual powder so potent, ingesting an inaccurate amount could to say the least, be very dangerous.

Personally It's fun once in a while, but you are crossing a fine line to a world of insanity.
