and i'm super pissed. So me and a couple kids were smoking some pot and drinking and this one dude got sick. So he freaked out and went to the hospital and gave out all our names. Then I took a nap while he was apparently "dying" (stupid fuck) and then the cops came and woke me up from my nap. They were mad cool though. Very rare. I was honest with em though and they didn't even handcuff me. I'm 16 and a couple of the dudes were like 14 and 15 and now i'm being charged with Endangering the Welfare of a minor. I'm most likely ending up with drug rehab.

Don't use a public defender. Get your parents to hire a good lawyer. You can beat the charges if you can show the he willingly wanted to smoke. Did the cops read you your Miranda rights before you spilled your guts to them?

I can't afford a lawyer. I'm super poor. And I couldn't deny shit. They would get a warrant and find all my shit. The cops were mad cool and shit so I just told em what was going on. And yeah, he's getting his ass beat by some of my homies. IT WAS JUST WEED. jesus christ. stupid fuck had an asthma attack so he freaked. and yeah no one will ever deal weed to him again after i'm done lol
