How long have you lived here to finally notice the alcohol thing? Really where did you come from? It's always been known by those that actually know New Mexico is part of Los Estados Unidos that we had for the longest time more alcohol related deaths per capita than any other state. Richardson has done some good things but the fact that obama chose him for something should indicate to you how solid he is and in no way ever flopping around like a fish sans h2o.

Medical Marijuana might be legal now im not sure how many people will see this, but Bill Richardson is going to sign a thing that makes medical marijuana legal... i personally think this is awesome.. in the article i read, he said he does not want it to be decriminilized (sp?)... but medical marijuana is the first step... :D Rating: 5
