Happens to me every time I binge.
When you use mind-altering drugs often, things can get pretty uncomfortable and anxious and depressing when you start thinking the wrong thoughts.
The only cure is a break. Find your way back to happyness, try a different strain, and find a new style of sound to feed your ears, leading to a different binge expirience. Try to keep things light.

I've been smoking some very mental shit and I've wound up coming up with some of the craziest shit high and having really deep thoughts on how pathetic and weird my life is. It gives me this bad buzz even when I'm not high...... Usually with mental stuff I'll have deep thoughts but I won't feel like my life has changed otherwise....but now I do feel like it has. I think I'm going to stop smoking for a few days......see if I can just come to grips with the Rating: 5
